Calendar
Calendar
The calendar enables you to set appointments, schedule
reminders when required, set alerts and repeat specic
settings. Tasks can be viewed on daily and monthly basis.
1. To access the Organizer and its associated
functions, select Menu > Calendar. The calendar
for the current month/date is displayed. Use the
navigation keys to navigate across months/dates.
2. Select Options to view the list of options available.
• Make a note: Add a new note for a specic
date.
• Go to date: You can go to a particular date and
view the events for that date.
• Go to today: You can access the current date.
• Delete event: You can delete events based
on following options: All until today, All in time
period, and Delete all.
• Settings: Edit the following calendar settings:
Settings Function
Date & time
settings
Set the date and time format.
You cannot modify this setting if
auto-update of time is On.
Default view Set the default view to month or
day view.
Week starts Set the starting day of the week.
Calendar tone Set the alert for calendar events.
Edit Events
Select Menu > Calendar > View. Select the event. Select
View > Edit. Make the changes. Select Save.
Select Options to view the list of available options:
• Make a note: Add a new note for a specic
date.
• Delete: Delete the specic event.
• Edit: Edit the specic event
• Save Detail: Use the details such as phone
number, URL and E-mail address.
• Send note: Send the note via SMS or
Bluetooth.
• Month view : View the calendar in month
format.
• Go to date: You can go to a particular date and
view the events for that date.
• Go to today: You can access the current date.
• Delete event: You can delete events based
on following options: All until today, All in time
period, and Delete all.
• Settings: Edit the calendar settings:
